The Founder
My name is Adam Wilder. I'm a real estate investor, entrepreneur, and the founder of Wilder Blueprint — a platform built to give everyday people the same tools, systems, and strategies that professional investors use every day.
Over the course of my career, I've executed 400+ flips and wholesale transactions across Southern California and beyond. I've sat across the table from banks, servicers, loss mitigation departments, and attorneys. I've seen what works, what doesn't, and — most importantly — what homeowners in foreclosure are never told.
The loan modification process is not a mystery. It's paperwork. It's deadlines. It's knowing what the bank is actually looking for and giving it to them in the right format. But most homeowners either don't know where to start, or they hand over thousands of dollars to modification companies that do the exact same work the homeowner could do themselves — with the right guidance.
I built WilderMod because I was tired of watching homeowners get taken advantage of at the worst moment of their lives. Facing foreclosure is terrifying.
